wonderful stay
renovated room pool facilities amazing breakfast
The room was spacious, renovated to a high standard. our child slept on the foldout sofa. it seemed fine! the pool facilities were enjoyable. The children had a wonderful time. breakfasts were amazing and the dinners in the bar area hit the spot.
the double bed seemed like two single beds pushed together! it had a ridge in the middle.

Mixed stay, Some issues noted
warm room poor attitude
The room temperature was an issue. It got uncomfortably warm, and the provided fan just circulated warm air (I guess that's what fans DO). The check-in process was not smooth. I thought the receptionist's attitude was poor. She seemed disinterested and barely provided essential information. Honestly, that was not a Great first impression.

the breakfast choices were great. everyone was catered for. the beds were really comfy, i got good sleep. the room was clean when i returned each day even after only two nights.

swimming pool kid club
the swimming pool was available all day, which i appreciated. the kids loved the kid club between 6pm and 9pm with a movie at 7:30. it was a relaxing break, which my wife and i needed.
the breakfast was a complete shambles when fully booked, i think. it was incapable of catering for the volume of guests, actually

The rooms are very clean and spacious equiped with everything one needs. There are also usb chargers at the sides of the beds. i appreciated feeling safe there as a solo traveler.

there is a good swimming pool and playground outdoors, great. the sensory cubbies are also free to use for the kids. the location is close to many amenities, even!

The room was a family suite and it was spacious. the hotel offers free parking. This was very convenient. i appreciated the breakfast. It had amazing food and great value..
the corridors smelled musty a bit, but the room was nice.
